Samsung's "invisible" virtual keyboard
Samsung unveiled SelfieType, a technology that uses AI and a camera to "type" on any surface without a physical keyboard. The company showed the project at CES back in 2020, but so far there has been no mass application of the technology.
The SelfieType AI engine analyzes finger movements through the front camera and converts them into QWERTY-keyboard strokes.
No special hardware is needed for this, SelfieType monitors your finger movements through the front camera.
