Southern fried Catfish Ingredients:
3 - 5 Catfish Filets
2 cups Cornmeal
2 cups All Purpose Flour
3 tbsp Yellow Mustard
2 Eggs
2 tbsp Creole Seasoning
1/2 cup Hot Sauce
1 tbsp Paprika
1 tbsp Black Pepper
1 tbsp Salt
1 tbsp Cayenne Pepper
