In this video, I’ll show you how to make a sourdough version of pampushky - Ukrainian garlic bread rolls. Dough Recipe:
Water - 300g
Salt - 10g
Sugar - 10g
Starter - 200g
Bread Flour or All-Purpose Flour - 400g

Garlic & Herb Topping:
Fresh Garlic - 3 cloves
Parsley/Cilantro - 1 handful
Vegetable Oil - 2 tbsp
Water - 2 tbsp
Salt - a pinch
