West Virginia Attorney General Patrick Morrisey says fentanyl should be labeled a weapon of mass destruction. Fentanyl is “slaughtering a whole generation of West Virginia citizens,” Morrisey says, adding that West Virginia leads the nation per capita in fentanyl deaths.
Morrisey sits down with The Daily Signal at the Conservative Political Action Conference in Oxon Hill, Maryland, just outside Washington, D.C., to the states work to battle the drug epidemic. Morrisey also explains how West Virginia is working to protect the unborn and preserve citizen’s Second Amendment rights.
