Larry Kaifesh Bio
Kaifesh was born and raised in the Northwest suburbs of Chicago. He was a scholar athlete who graduated from Dundee-Crown High School in Carpentersville, IL. He was an undefeated state wrestling champion and All-American. He went on to Indiana University in Bloomington, IN for college, where he majored in psychology and wrestled for the Hoosiers. He was ranked 5th in the country his senior year. After college, he went to Officer Candidate School for the United States Marine Corps and went on to become an Infantry Officer. He ended up serving over 28 years in the Marine Corps reaching the rank of Colonel and had seven combat deployments to the Middle East after the attacks of 9-11. His combat deployments include leading the first Rifle Company of Marines into Baghdad, Iraq during the MARCH UP, then into Tikrit, Iraq as part of Task Force Tripoli, in order to end the conventional war fighting portion of the war in the spring of 2003. On a follow-on deployment, he led a Civil Affairs Team in support of Operation VIGILANT RESOLVE in Fallujah, Iraq in 2004. In 2007 as part of Multi-National Forces-Iraq, as the Deputy for a Joint Intelligence Transition Team, he helped stand up the Iraq version of the FBI. From 2009 – 2011 he was the Commanding Officer for 3rd Battalion, 25th Marines, which secured Area of Operation Belleau Wood, in Helmand Province, Afghanistan. In 2012 he was the Governance Officer for I Marine Expeditionary Force in Helmand Province, Afghanistan. In 2014, he was the J5 Lead Planner for Central Command – Forward in Amman, Jordan, ensuring the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) Offensive did not cross the border. In 2017 to 2018, he was the Officer in Charge of the Marine Central Command, Coordination Element – Kuwait. In between deployments, he went to the Naval War College where he received his Master's degree in National Security and Strategic Studies. Since retiring from the Marine Corps, he served as a Commandant for a College Prep Military Academy. However, Larry was fired for providing informed consent to the cadets and parents of the Academy, after the Chicago Public Schools CEO, Pedro Martinez, gave everyone in the district the day off so they could get their 5 to 11 year olds vaccinated and boosted. It was well known early on that children have a better chance of dying from the vaccine than they do the virus. Forcing the vaccine or booster is child abuse. BIO Information on Host Mark Curran Mark C. Curran Jr. is an American attorney who served as Sheriff of Lake County, Illinois from 2006 to 2018. He was the Republican nominee in the 2020 United States Senate election in Illinois. Curran graduated from Loyola Academy in Wilmette, Illinois.

He earned a Bachelor of Arts in business from Spring Hill College, and a Juris Doctor from the Illinois Institute of Technology's Chicago-Kent College of Law. Curran attended law enforcement and leadership courses at Boston University and Northwestern University. Curran began his career as a state prosecutor in Lake County in 1990, rising to Senior Felony Prosecutor. He then served as a prosecutor with the Illinois Attorney General from 1999 to 2002. In 2002, Curran went into private practice, concentrating in civil and criminal litigation.

Curran won the Democratic Party's primary election for the position of Sheriff of Lake County, Illinois on March 21, 2006, and won the general election for that position in November 2006, defeating incumbent Gary Del Re.

In his elections and in his role as Sheriff, Curran has called for prison reform in Illinois, in which he includes a call for faith-based programming in prisons.

In August 2008, Curran made national news when he voluntarily spent a week in the Lake County Jail. On December 15, 2008, Curran announced that he was switching from the Democratic to Republican Party, calling his decision a "matter of conscience", stating that the scandals of Democratic Governor Rod Blagojevich played a role in his decision.
