After a few fails due to some bad design and some bad CAM code (both my fault) I finally got this trivet idea to work. The metal rings used are actually computer hard drive platter spacers. I like the contrast between the oiled Black Walnut and the aluminum rings. The X-Carve did great with this. I'll be using it for some other ideas soon. Thanks for watching.
