The Fellowship of Guelphissauga: Smart City Warning from CSIS, Winter 2.0 & Construction | Mar 2023

The Fellowship of Guelphissauga continues with the changing of seasons from Winter 2.0 into Construction time. As usual, local Karens complained to the Mayor about the snow and lack of immediate plowing on their residential streets. The Trolls on Twitter joined the dog-pile on the Mayor as they asked him multiple times a day about the WEF's Smart City stench billowing across the Shire. Rodrigo of Goller is still lost in the northern forest looking for a warm place to hide from the coming winter Storm. Whereas Carly of Klassen and the Elder Elves are instead planning Community Gardens and following the Rule of the Ward for Construction time. Can the Mayor clear the air of the WEF's Smart City stench & find Rodrigo before Construction season?
