Creamy Paneer Gravy is a delicious Indian dish that is made with paneer (Indian cottage cheese) in a rich and creamy gravy. Here is a recipe to make Creamy Paneer Gravy at home:

Ingredients:

200 grams paneer, cubed
1 onion, chopped
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
1/2 cup cashew nuts, soaked in water for 30 minutes
1/2 cup cream
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
Salt to taste
2 tablespoons oil
Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions:

Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the chopped onion until it turns golden brown.
Add the chopped tomatoes and ginger-garlic paste to the pan. Cook until the tomatoes turn soft and mushy.
Add the soaked cashew nuts to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Transfer the mixture to a blender and blend until smooth. Set aside.
In the same pan, add the cubed paneer and sauté until golden brown. Remove from the pan and set aside.
In the same pan, add the blended mixture and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add the turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt to taste. Mix well and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Add the sautéed paneer to the pan and mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add the cream to the pan and mix well. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the gravy thickens.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or naan.
