[Description]
The video commences with the arrival of former Memphis Police Department Officer William Skelton at a convenience store located near Lamar and Airways in Memphis, Tennessee on January 10, 2019. As per the police report, Officer Skelton was responding to a call regarding a suspect causing a disturbance and knocking over items inside the store. The suspect, identified as Drew Thomas, was previously banned from the store. Soon after Skelton's arrival, he proceeded to spray a foam agent several times into the squad car, where Thomas was already restrained in handcuffs.
