The Metropolitan Nashville Police Department said the suspect in Monday’s Nashville school shooting fired from an upper level, standing and may have had training. Tracy Walder, a former FBI and CIA agent, said while this is disturbing, it's not "necessarily uncommon." Walder told NesNation: “The reality is the shooter understood the idea of tactical advantage, which is essentially being up on a hill."
