Prince Harry: "The Institution was without any doubt withholding information about me."

These are photos of Prince Harry as he left the High Court in London Tuesday after the second day in the pretrial hearings for his lawsuit against ANL/The Mail. Here's a quick overview of Harry's movements: on Monday, Harry arrived at the front door of the courthouse along with his security and lawyers. The media scrum was abuzz. On Monday, Harry left court by the side or back exit. This exit is still open to media, but the back exit is more secure and less likely to be impeded. He arrived Tuesday and exited via the same back door. He smiled at photographers as he left Tuesday. He seems happy and free. He looks happy and free. This is probably because Harry gave a witness statement to court because ANL wants to stop this lawsuit from going to trial. Here are some excerpts from Harry's testimony to the court. It was written, but you get the idea. The Duke of Sussex is currently in London for a legal case where he and other prominent people are suing Associated Newspapers Ltd. (ANL) for illegal information collection. He submitted a witness statement, in which he claims he was forced to adopt the family policy of "never complain, ever explain" when dealings with the media. "I have had a difficult relationship with the media since the death of my mother, when I was twelve years old, and the treatment she received from the press. As a member, the policy was to "never complain, never answer." I was forced to agree to it. For the most part I was open to the possibility of my public functions being performed. Prince Harry stated that he became increasingly troubled by Meghan Markle's dating and "increasingly disturbed" by his inability to take action against the media in the wake "vicious persistent attacks on, harassment and intrusive sometimes racist articles about Meghan." He also said that the situation had gotten worse with Meghan's pregnancy, and the birth in May 2019 of Prince Archie. Prince Harry stated that he was aware of a lawsuit against News Group Newspapers for phone hacking. He could bring it in 2018. He stated that the Institution had withheld information from him for years about NGN's hacking. This was evident only after I pursued my claim with different legal advice. Harry said: "It's not an exaggeration for me to say that the bubble burst as far as what I knew in 2020, when I moved out the United Kingdom...To the present day, there are members and friends of the Royal Family who may have been targeted or NGN and I don't know if they have brought any claims. Because each office is independent, there was no centralised discussion about who brought claims. It is common to believe that we all communicate with each other constantly. Prince Harry stated that the claim was not about him. He said that he brought the claim because he loves his country and is deeply concerned at the unchecked influence, power and criminality of Associated. "The evidence that I have seen clearly shows that Associated journalists are criminals who possess journalistic powers, which should concern everyone. The British public deserves to see the whole story, and it is my duty to expose this. [From People] "It is no exaggeration for me to say that the bubble burst as far as what I knew in 2020, when I moved out the United Kingdom." I also think so. I can remember feeling frustrated with Harry in 2018 and 2019, as we could see how palace and press collided more and more to drive Meghan to self-harm, or simply to force her to divorce Harry, and leave the country. Harry claimed that they were being kept in the dark, and they weren't being given all the details of who was recording what, why certain papers had certain information, and how it happened. It was crazy that Elton John had to say "you should hire you own lawyers" before everything started moving. Harry was trapped in a Stockholm Syndrome-esque situati...
