LIST OF INGREDIENTS AND EQUIPMENT
● number of eggs as needed
● ramekins or small microwave-safe dishes
● a microwave
● saucers to cover eggs while in the micro

● a tablespoon or slotted spoon

The timing tip and technique that we promised:

When doing 1 egg, consider approx. 30 seconds.

When doing 2 eggs at the same time, consider an extra 20 seconds for the second egg...depending on the microwave.

If you're not sure, start with 1 egg at 20 ~ seconds and add a few seconds until the right results. apply the same approach when doing 2 eggs.
