That includes, heart disease, cancer, and respiratory diseases.
Positivity also causes, higher energy levels, lower rates of depression, and a longer lifespan, and more.
But how do we practice positivity?
Focus on the good things in your life.
Practice gratitude at all times.
Open yourself to humour.
