Wallabies fighting on the beach of Cape Hillsborough, Australia.

The wallaby is a marsupial mammal of the macropodidae family. It resembles the kangaroo, but in small size. The wallaby weighs between 15 to 25 kg in adulthood and measures between 70 and 90 cm. Its long tail measures between 70 and 75 cm.
Species belonging to the genus Macropus, including Bennett's wallaby, constitute the main group of the wallaby. This one can be recognized by its thick graying coat with red highlights on the shoulders and black on its nose and the tips of its legs.
In a sitting position, the wallaby stands on its two feet and its tail just like the kangaroo. To move slowly, he uses his feet and hands. To walk faster, it jumps in leaps by leaning on its feet and using its tail as a pendulum. He can run at a speed of 15km/h. In case of danger, its speed can reach 50 or even 60km/h with a Momentum of 1.80m high.
