Octopath Traveler 2 (PC) - Part 32: Thief's Guild & Shrine Locations

Now that all 8 adventurers are with us, let us search for their classes' guilds and shrines to learn new skills and allow other units to use them! The secondary classes work a little differently here than they did in the first Octopath Traveler. While the first game had a shrine you could visit that unlocks one job as a secondary class that anyone can use, here they just give the character of that class a new EX skill. The secondary class itself comes from a hidden guild that gives you a license to use the job as a secondary class for one character and also gives you two quests to unlock more licenses so that more characters can use that secondary class at a time.

The Thief's Guild is located in the city of Clockbank in a building with a door you can't open. Instead, you have to climb up into the building through a ladder below, and the guild members only show up at night. Here you get a license to use the Thief as a secondary class, and you can get two additional licenses by retrieving a Thieves' Gem and a Master Thief's Sapphire Stone. The Altar of the Prince of Thieves is located just south of the city in a hidden water passage. Bring Throne here to learn her EX skill Veil Of Darkness, which deals dark damage to all enemies and grants one guaranteed dodge of an enemy attack.
