⭐⭐ Welcome to Back Day in my Summer Yoga Flow series! Today, we'll be focusing on strengthening and opening up the muscles in your back, which will help you improve your posture, reduce tension, and increase mobility.

In this class, we'll start with a gentle warm-up to activate the muscles in your back, then move into a series of poses and exercises that will help you build strength and flexibility. We'll work on opening up the chest, lengthening the spine, and releasing tension in the shoulders and neck.

By the end of this class, you'll feel more relaxed and grounded, with improved posture and a greater sense of freedom in your body. So, grab your mat and let's get started!
