⭐⭐ Welcome back to our Summer Prep Yoga Series! Today's practice is all about the back and chest. In this yoga session, we will focus on opening and strengthening the chest and back muscles to improve posture, release tension, and create space for deeper breaths.

We will start with gentle warm-up poses to awaken the body, followed by a series of heart-opening poses such as cobra, upward facing dog, and camel pose. These poses will help to strengthen the back muscles and stretch the chest muscles, allowing you to stand tall with an open heart.

Next, we will move into some challenging poses such as locust to deepen the stretch and strengthen the muscles even further. We will finish with some relaxing poses to release any remaining tension and leave you feeling rejuvenated and energized.
