Ingredients:
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup of fresh spinach, chopped
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese
- 1 tablespoon butter or oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Crack eggs into a medium mixing bowl and whisk until yolks and whites are fully combined.
2. Add chopped spinach, shredded cheese, salt, and pepper into the same mixing bowl and give everything a good stir to combine.
3. Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and melt the butter or add oil. Once melted, spread butter or oil evenly around the pan to avoid sticking.
4. Pour the egg mixture onto the frying pan and let it cook until the edges start to set, about 2-3 minutes.
5. Use a spatula to gently fold one side of the omelette over the other side, then let it cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
6. Remove the omelette from the pan and serve hot.
