As you can see from my background, my home gym is pretty sparse, with just a pull-up bar, dipping station, and a pair of Selecttech weights. But that's all I need to stay in shape and get a good workout. I hit my home gym every morning before starting my day, and it helps me stay on track and motivated to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
