HUGE glacier collapse in Alaska triggers mini Tsunami

This is the incredible moment a 100-foot chunk of the Alaskan glacier broke off right in front of bystanders on May 15, 2022 in Harding Icefield, USA.

The typically stable and solid glacier created a mini tsunami as a massive ice block fell into the water.

But glacier caving can get even more extreme under the water, as huge Tsunami's form beneath the surface too.

Thanks as always to our talented Licet contributors for capturing this once in a lifetime moment.
