Negative Thoughts

If you are what you think, what are some consequences that result when you hold
a negative thought like it's something you're owed?! Here's what I've learned over
the years:

Negative thoughts can make you feel sad and unhappy. When you constantly think
negative thoughts, it becomes difficult to find joy and enjoy the good things in life.

Negative thoughts can make
you feel scared and worried about things that might not
even happen. It's like imagining bad things happening all the time, and it can make
you feel anxious and stressed.

Negative thoughts can make it hard for you to believe in yourself and your abilities.
When you think negative things about yourself, it can lower your confidence and
make it difficult to try new things or believe that you can succeed.

Negative thoughts can affect how you get along with others. When you constantly
think negative things about other people, it can make it hard to be kind and make
friends. People might not want to be around you if you're
always thinking negative thoughts about them.

Negative thoughts can make it difficult to see the good things in life. When you're
always focusing on the bad things, you might miss out on the happy moments and
the things that make you smile. It's important to try and think more positively so
you can enjoy life to the fullest.

Negative thoughts have a spontaneous way of showing up after a difficult moment
in people's lives. That's the time, says Tony Robbins (motivational speaker), to
ask this most important question: "What's GOOD about this?"
