I need a different direction. What Grant Cardone told me on the Cardone Zone about finances, taking my business to the next level, 10x'ing -- so to speak, was right; and, I was wrong. It's painful to be wrong. It left me depressed, anxious for 6 days while I was vacillating on what to do. I have dreams of marrying the real estate and construction industries. But are those just dreams? Are they just too disconnected and would be better to settle? Retire early. Be financially free, and retire early [FIRE] as they say. I mean, why put so much work in when people are making millions with Amazon FBA and affiliate marketing? While they're sleeping? I may as well quit.

What about mentoring folks in real estate? Or real estate courses? Or coaching calls?
