Ingredients:

• 4 eggs
• 120g refined sugar
• 120g wheat flour
• 1 tablespoon of baking powder
• 1 can (400g) of peach or pineapple
• 300g of cream
• 3 tablespoons of sugar

Method:

Beat the eggs by hand in the mixer, as you prefer.

Gradually add the sifted sugar, beat well to form a cream.

Turn off the mixer and add the wheat flour sifting and little by little, with the help of a fluê wick from the bottom to the top very slowly, continue this process until the wheat flour runs out. Now lastly add the baking soda and mix slowly.

Put the dough in a greased shape. Bake in preheated oven at 180°C for 40 minutes or until toothpick comes out dry.

Wait for it to cool down a bit. As the sides were not greased, you need to pass a facade around it so that the dough does not stick to the pan.

This dough needs to be moistened before filling. To moisten, spread the pineapple syrup over the dough.

Place the shredded pineapple on top and cover.

Leave in the fridge until serving time.

Roof:
Whip the cream with the sugar until you form a chantilly
