Uncomfortable With Ethics Lady Fears Objective Record Machine, Obstructs Public #PublicRecords #FAIL

I went exploring the wild world of public buildings in Washington State and found this DSHS office just south of Seattle in a city called Auburn (pop. 85,699). The office was full of citizens waiting for public service. It was a very small space and after taking a briefly look around I got in line to file for a public record request.

Among other things the rude public servant in the dog-mask tells me she's uncomfortable doing her job because I'm a journalist while simultaneously violating the state records law RCW 42.56. Once she begrudgingly accepts the lawful request she stamps the original as received and then tries to give it back to me!
