INGREDIENTS :

800 grams chopped tomatoes in juice ( 28.21 oz )
120 grams chopped onion ( 4.23 oz )
12 grams chopped basil ( 0.423 oz )
600 ml vegetable broth ( 20.28 fl oz )
270 ml heavy cream ( 9.12 fl oz )
2 tablespoons olive oil ( 29.57 ml )
4 minced garlic cloves
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper ( 0.29 grams )
1/8 teaspoon ground white pepper ( 0.29 grams )
1/4 teaspoon salt ( 0.57 grams )

INSTRUCTIONS :

In a large wok / pot on medium heat add 2 tablespoons olive oil
.once heated add 4 minced garlic cloves, cook for 1 minute
.add 120 grams chopped onion, cook for 1 to 2 minutes
.add 12 grams chopped basil & mix well
.add 800 grams chopped tomatoes in juice & mix well
.add 600 ml vegetable broth, 270 ml heavy cream, mix well
.add 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
.add 1/8 teaspoon ground white pepper & mix well
.cook for 10 to 15 minutes
.blitz with hand blender or blender until creamy smooth consistency
