The problem occurs at the start up of windows, this message will appear stating to run catalyst you need net frame 4.0.

Method 1
Disable Catalyst from MSconfig
Scan for Viruses
Open your Virus scan
Perform a Full Virus Scan
Open MSCONFIG
Click Start
At the search bar type msconfig
Go to Start up
Un Tick Catalyst
Click apply then ok
Restart

Download the latest Catalyst
