A year with a dumb phone | Should you switch

Hello brothers and sisters, welcome back to my youtube channel the sacred cottage. Today I'm talking about a much debated topic about switching back down to a dumb phone or a flip phone. I honestly have not noticed a difference in the change since I switched back to a regular old joe phone. I hope that in this topic its going to help you make the switch that is the appropriate one for you. I'm talking about things such as downgrading apps and also being more aware of surroundings on in general when you aren't being distracted by your smart phone. It does help you be more aware of who you are talking to on the phone and giving them one on one time, verses being trapped in an endless streaming loop and helps you focus on the tasks you need to get done.
