Delicious birthday favorite for our non carnivore family members 🤣 tastes like a ooey gooey crispy top brownie with a moist ( sorry had to use that word) inside. Dump one box red velvet cake mix into a glass baking dish, add one can undrained crushed pineapple, one can tart cherry pie filling. 1 stick of melted unsalted butter on top. bake at 350 until crispy edges and bubbling filling. if you have any dry powdery spots on top, just melt a little more butter on top of it. let cool completely before cutting.
