Today we're making Indian Lentil Dahl!
A great and filling recipe with lot's of uses!

Ingredients: Serves 4

Oil = 1 to 2 tbsp
Onion = 2
Garlic = 4
Ginger = 2 tsp
Turmeric = 1 tsp
Coriander = 1 tsp
Cumin = 1 tsp
Paprika powder = 1 tsp
Garam Masala = 1 tsp
Dry red lentils = 300 g
Vegetable broth = 780 ml
Coconut milk = 240 ml
Strained or chopped tomatoes = 240 ml
Salt and pepper = to taste
Lime = 3 tbsp
