Sea moss contains 92 of the 102 minerals that our bodies need. It promotes digestive health, boosts immunity and supports thyroid health.

Turmeric, known for its anti-inflammatory properties, aids in reducing inflammation, supports joint health, and promotes a healthy complexion.

Together, these essential ingredients create a powerful blend that works its magic from within ✨

Ingredients:
- 5 cups of sea moss
- 3L + of alkaline water (for soak and blend)
- 2 tbsp of turmeric powder
- A whole lot of love

Recipe:
1. Wash the sea moss thoroughly under cold running water until all salt is gone
2. Cover the sea moss with alkaline water and soak for 12-24 hours
3. Cut sea moss into smaller pieces so it doesn’t wrap around the blender blades
4. Blend with 2L+ of alkaline water (texture should be similar to apple sauce)
5. Add turmeric powder and blend
6. Pour mixture into a jar and label the date
7. Refrigerate and store for up to 3 weeks (you can also freeze it and save it for longer)

This recipe makes about 2 large jars. I would suggest either freezing a jar or gifting it to family & friends!
