This was an agenda item whereby the Board asked Shelby Boston to survey mobile home park residents in the unincorporated part of the County who are being ABUSED and bullied by their owns. This was a significant issue and I wanted to record it for others who missed it! And true to form, while Shelby’s team is AMAZING and will be getting them as many services as possible, it’s the BULLYING BY PARK OWNERS and ungodly rent space increases the Board wasn’t willing to step into! At least CALL OUT THE SHERIFF! SLUMLORDS? Seriously. What does this group do?
