Today we'll re create Ms. Lovett from Tim Burton's 2007 motion picture Sweeney Todd, the demon barber of Fleet Street.

What I used to create this look..

Ben Nye red cream pencil - amazon ( you can use any red lip liner or eye pencil )
Fair foundation - any
Powder - any
Terracota eye shadow - any
Grey eye shadow - any
Brown contour blush - any

What I had to buy ...

Rolling pin $2.00 - Goodwill
Black Polkadot blouse - $7.00 Goodwill
Orange velvet top - $4.00
Red pants - $7.00 - Goodwill
Trim & chording - $ 17.00 - Hobby Lobby
Black steel boned undercuts Corset - $39.99
Red Socks - $8.00 Party City
Boots - $8.00 - Goodwill

Total - around $93.00

I had everything else, skirt, hat, even gloves I forgot to wear. You can definitely pull from your closet to create this look, and some items are optional, (the bloomers, rolling pin, hat) can be omitted entirely and top can be something you already have. This costume is very versatile.
