The courtrooms have been busy!

Kelly Hale was in court recently and he joined us to share the outcome and what's next for him. Kelly has been battling charges for 2 years for refusing to enforce public health orders.

Bozena and Liliana are back to give an update on their constitutional challenge of Quebec’s mask law, which prompted the AG to attend their court appearance. The judge agreed to give them an extension after they argued 1(b) and 1(e) of the Bill. They submitted their final arguments June 23rd.

Finally, Rebecca had a trial for Quarantine tickets from 2021. She attempted to put forward a verbal motion, however, the JP asked to file and scheduled a hearing for Dec 1st. Rebecca will be the first to get a motion hearing to hear a motion of particulars challenging the jurisdiction of the Courts of Justice.
