Ex-Border Patrol Agent Faces Death Penalty for Allegedly Killing Mistress, Child

Former border patrol agent Ronald Burgos-Aviles is facing the death penalty for the murders of his mistress and their 1-year-old son. During opening statements Monday, the prosecution said Burgos-Aviles did not want to pay child support. The defense told the jury the defendant did not have a criminal record before the murder charges. The Law&Crime Daily team breaks down this case.
