His Satanic mother (Josette Parker) told Jay that the most important thing to the illuminati is the COLLECTIVE SUBCONSCIOUS. Jay says 12-15% of the population is generational satanic family. The Old religion is the "Cult of Moloch" and they built the religions or infiltrated it. We are influenced by our PARENTS, SCHOOL, TV SET, RADIO, etc... with information pouring into the kids subconscious and affects them. Jay says young children do NOT have the ability to "DISCERN" what is coming into their minds at that young age (0-6) and are basically in a trance until you develop a 3rd brainwave pattern. To make a MANCHURIAN CANDIDATE (Mind control victim) they use DRUGS (LSD?), TORTURE, DEPRIVATION, Lock you into little BOXES for days as a 3 year old toddler or get buried alive, etc... (TRAUMA).

Jay says RH negative blood is the high caste Illuminati (Note: 15% of the population has RH Negative blood type). 1000BC from Canaan (Ancient Israel) were tossing their kids into flames for Moloch as it is even written in the bible. Aztecs in Mexico were sacrificing people as well for Moloch. Jay recalls a 16-year old girl from Long beach California (Big Occult town as well) was drugged & kidnapped and brought to Arden Delaware in the trunk of a car where they had a young Jay and the cult made this 16-year old girl do some adolescent sexual activity as they wanted Jay to BOND/ATTACH to this teenage girl and then they put Jay into a TRANCE (Programming) and when they woke Jay up out of the trance he saw that the 16-year old girl was completely EVISERATED and choking on her own blood in her last few gasps of life! All the adults around her that had stabbed her 100 times all laughed and told Jay "Look what you did!!". His mother calmly told Jay it was no big deal and said her SPIRIT is fine as she will get a new body (reincarnation?) and all they did was destroy her AVATAR in this HOLODECK (The MATRIX).

Both of Jays parents were teachers and worked at Dickenson College in Carlisle Pennsylvania which is a CIA illuminati college. Jay says that is why George HW Bush called his corporation the CARLYLE GROUP after the military college. Jay says any TOWN or CITY with "TON" at the end is an illuminati founded town/city like BOS-TON, WILMING-TON, TREN-TON. "TON" is a signal to any dark occultist that the governing body of that town/City is controlled by the 10-15% Satanist. The illuminati families get HARD PROGRAMMING and the general public gets SOFT PROGRAMMING. We are always BROADCASTING 4 million bits of information per second out of our CONSCIOUS MIND and 40 million bits of information out of our SUBCONSCIOUS MIND as it is 10 TIMES more powerful than your conscious mind.
