10 Day wilderness camping trip day 7 on the Suwannee river

Day 7 of our 10 day Suwanee River Wilderness trail kayak trip. This is our zero day at Dowling River Camp. The forecast was calling for rain so we decided to stay another night where we would sleep with a roof over our hammocks and gear. Just because we don't make miles doesn't mean we don't have fun. It's not too rainy to keep us from the fresh food across the river at the Advent Christian Village, explore the area for resupply intel and play a game of Phase 10 in the covered picnic area. Not a bad way to spend a rainy day.
