INGREDIENTS

320 grams all purpose flour ( 11.28 oz )
10 grams all purpose flour ( 0.35 oz )
100 grams butter ( 3.52 oz )
164 ml buttermilk ( 5.54 fl oz )
30 ml buttermilk ( 1.01 fl oz )
2 teaspoons baking powder ( 9.6 grams )
1 teaspoon sugar ( 4.2 grams )
1/4 teaspoon salt ( 0.57 grams )

INSTRUCTIONS

.in a bowl add 320 grams all purpose flour, 2 teaspoons baking powder
.add 1 teaspoon sugar, 1/4 teaspoon salt & mix well
.add 100 grams butter & form until crumb consistency
.make a well & add 164 ml buttermilk
.mix well with fork until dough consistency
.sprinkle flat surface with flour & add dough
.sprinkle flour on dough & rolling pin
.shape the dough, lightly press & roll evenly
.with a circular cutter cut out biscuits, place on a baking tray
.brush biscuits with buttermilk
.place in preheated oven 180 c / 356 f for 15 minutes
.turn over & lightly brush with buttermilk
.place back in oven for 15 minutes
