People have commented on my videos saying how come criminals have managed to escape capture? If tracking is so rampant, how come they are still at large?

This is a case study which examines how a suspect tries to evade identification but still gets caught, this being a very horrendous murder where 4 students were stabbed in the wee hours of the morning.

Let's use this as a way to understand what data is being collected, and the suspects attempts at hiding, which apparently failed.
