Michael Noak Jr., also known as "Brother Polight," is being prosecuted for sexual battery of a 14-year-old girl in a hotel room in February 2021. Brother Polight was arrested and charged with sexual battery, on fourteen year old girl; in Miami. Brother Polight has refused to go into further detail with the public about theses charges. On the local Miami news, Brother Polight made the evening broadcast. According to their reports, he was arrested and charged with sexual battery on a fourteen year old girl in 2021 and has been out on bail due to a clerical error in the courts.
