Confront your Shadow and Heal your Trauma | Guided Meditation

I have a new session for you which is designed to help you confront the trauma that is holding you back from expressing yourself and living your life to the fullest. This trauma was most likely inflicted in childhood though not necessarily.
This session will walk you through a relaxation portion to calm your body and mind then we will confront the darkness within. Please be advised that this can bring up many emotions. Allow them to be without losing yourself in the emotion. This is done by focusing on your breath and staying detached. I will walk you through this process.
If this session stirs up too many emotional wounds then I advise seeking counselling or simply talking with someone you trust. Don't hold it in. It needs to come out and talking about it is the best way to sort it out and, ultimately, let it go and heal.Show more
