Self-driving 'Apple' van spotted in New York

There has recently been multiple sightings of a mysterious self-driving van with an odd apparatus on its roof in Concord, California. It has been reported that the van is almost identical to this Dodge Caravan spotted in Brooklyn, New York in September 2014. Many are speculating that this self-driving vehicle prototype is a project being developed by Apple.
