We think we found it with this clip of a police officer crushing double dutch. Who would have thought this police officer would have such amazing moves?! Watch him join a jump rope game of Double Dutch and dominate it!

The video posted shows the uniformed officer walk up beside a woman holding jump ropes. He bounces up and down, taking in the rhythm of the ropes before jumping in. Onlookers squeal with delight as he jumps without faltering.

Knowing that he has an audience, the officer decides to kick it up a notch. He does some fancy footwork before switching to what looks like jumping jacks without stumbling at all. If that's not enough, he starts turning while jumping, completely wowing the crowd. He takes a few additional solid hops before walking out. Thanks for the smile today, Mr.Officer!

An athletic policeman has turned into an Internet sensation after an amazing video of him doing double dutch went super viral! Corporal Alan Jones showed his abilities for a group at a community event at the Victorious Life of Faith Church in District Heights, Maryland. The Prince George's County cop was captured on camera bouncing between the two quick moving ropes and skipping along easily.

Turning on the class, the policeman, who revealed to WUSA9 that he has never done double dutch, later started crossing his legs while jumping. He then finished a series of star jumps as the crowd shouted in surprise before turning on the spot and jumping in circles.

The video finished up with the officer coming back to confront the first path before crossing his legs while jumping a couple of more time and afterward leaving.

Alan Jones says that he skips for training purposes and that he has never hopped in excess of one rope at any single time previously. The friendly cop has been known to play sports including basketball with the kids in the neighborhood he patrols. And even more impressive was the facts that he jumped in his heavy uniform.

Essentially, Double Dutch is a rope skipping exercise played when two ropes are turned in eggbeater fashion. While the ropes are turned, a third person jumps inside. It’s really fun and this cop it’s doing an amazing job!
