This is a healthy doughnut recipe without oil, you can use mashed banana instead, it also can be baked to be even healthier! This healthy doughnut cereal snack has no sugar at all and is so delicious with milk and coconut, you don't need powdered sugar for this dessert. These doughnuts are crisp on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside to satisfy all your cravings without having to eat sugar and processed flour. This doughnut recipe doesn't use white flour, or butter. It has whole wheat flour and honey for sweetness. Use a potato masher and have homemade doughnuts instantly!

1 teaspoon vinegar
1/3 cup water or apple juice
1/3 cup honey
3 tablespoons ghee or mashed banana
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup whole wheat flour // you could also try a substitute like oat flour or coconut.
1 teaspoon baking powder
// Bake at 350 for 10 minutes or fry until golden.
