In this fishing Catch N Cook episode my girlfriend catches stone crabs here in sunny Key Largo, Florida. Before we catch stone crabs we do some night fishing in Key Largo for some mangrove snapper. So this is not only a stone crab catch n cook but also a snapper catch and cook!

Night Fishing in Key Largo was rough because it was windy. We didn't catch much for a couple hours and then caught 3 snapper. One of them was a keeper mangrove snapper. That snapper will go in the box for this catch n cook!

The next morning we take on another fishing trip in Key Largo. Well actually... we are catching stone crabs. Is that still considered fishing if you're on the boat catching crabs?! Btw, my girlfriend catches crabs. I make her do all the hard work. Girls pulling crab traps is a beautiful sight and my girlfriend fishing is the best thing going on in Key Largo!

When you're the South Florida Fishing Channel Girlfriend you have a lot to live up to! All of key largo is watching. Heck... all of Florida is watching! And we have some good luck pulling stone crab traps! A lot better luck than fishing at night from the night before.

My girlfriend catches crabs and lots of them! One of our crab traps had half a dozen stone crabs! This sure beats the night fishing and our catch n cook episode is secured! We'll be doing a stone crab catch n cook for sure now on the South Florida Fishing Channel!

We eat some of the mangrove snapper raw on this catch and cook. We boil the stone crab claws and use some vinegar to make the meat fall out easier from the stone crab claws. One of my subscribers told me during my last catch n cook to use vinegar when boiling stone crabs.
