Today we're making Blueberry Crumble!
Delicious and quick to prepare. Eat it while it's still hot out of the oven with some cold ice cream or let it cool down and put some whipped cream on them!

Ingredients:

FOR THE FILLING=
Blueberries: 1140 grams
Lemon juice: 1 tablespoon
Flour: 40 grams
Cornstarch: 4 teaspoons (only when using frozen berries)
Sugar: 50 grams
Vanilla extract: 2 teaspoons
Cinnamon: 1 teaspoon
Salt: a pinch

FOR THE CRUMBLE=
Flour: 120 grams
Brown sugar: 100 grams
Lemon zest: 1 tablespoons
Baking powder: 1 teaspoon
Salt: a pinch
Butter: 110 grams
Almond shavings: 40 grams
