Matt Gaetz to Secretary Mayorkas: 'You Are Doing the Bidding of the Cartels!'

Congressman Matt Gaetz SLAMMED DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas on his failure to secure the Southern Border and the Customs and Border Protection’s (CBP) app digitizing illegal immigration.

Rep. Gaetz slammed Secretary Mayorkas during the hearing for failing to provide answers to his questions and accused him of doing the bidding of the Mexican cartels. Following his failure to answer, Rep. Gaetz issued a formal request for information to Secretary Mayorkas and the Department of Homeland Security regarding the Advance Travel Authorization (ATA) process, the CBP One app, and their contribution to the immigration crisis. Additionally, Rep. Gaetz requested all WhatsApp communication between CBP agents and Mexican officials following public reporting that they are routinely communicating and coordinating the entry of unlawful migrants into our country.
