First Motorbike! HELP The Missus Decide Which Bike! Honda Monkey or Dax 125? Should she even do it?

The Ol' Mans Ol' Lady (thats biker speak for wife or missus) is thinking the time has come to learn to ride and get her first motorbike! Should she even?
We want your thoughts on the subject!
She discusses her ideas and thoughts and likes the look of the Honda Monkey 125 2023 and the new Honda Dax 125. Are there other 125cc bikes she hasn't considered? Definitely not Adventure Bikes!

She also tells the story of her near death horse riding accident and her reasons for not getting on a motorbike before, and why she wasn't keen on being a pillion on the Harley-Davidson Heritage Classic.
