Dave Freedom had another succesful day in court representing Mr. Byron Carr.

Byron was charged during the Emergencies Act, was arrested and detained for 41 days.

Originally Byron had a lawyer and when he didn’t like the position the lawyer took he decided to do self-represent and connected with Stand4THEE and Dave Freedom.

Dave presented the case that the social media ban placed on Byron under his bail conditions was unreasonable, and was a violation of Byron’s right to Freedom of Speech under the Bill.

Today was the ruling… and HE WON! FREEDOM OF SPEECH REIGNS!
