Free Shaina Brown

Shaina Brown was arrested April 1, 2023 on a Alabama backcountry road in the middle of the night. She was arrested by Flomaton Police and Escambia County Sheriff's Department for the crime of Shaina crossing into Alabama, approximately 200 ft over the unmarked Florida/ Alabama state line with a botanical supplement legal in Florida.

She was arrested and initially given a $1,000,000 bond recently lowered to $250,000. Due to harsh Alabama laws, she faces mandatory minimum drug charges of 10 YEARS TO LIFE. Minimum of 3 years served before chance of parole. Mere possession of certain amounts of Schedule 1 substances, whether for personal use or not, is considered trafficking in Alabama.
