My Suppressor Exploded: DeadAir Sierra 5 Review

As the title implies, my suppressor exploded. I had a catastrophic failure during my review of the Deadair Sierra 5 resulting in the first three baffles of the suppressor exploding and disintegrating as well as significant deformation of the SS tube. I spoke to Mike Pappas and asked him how Deadair is addressing the issue. He got me up to speed and assured me that they would be making it right. For now that is all the information that I have. I hope this video is helpful to those of you who have had similar issues or who have purchased one of these cans.
